Sinustech America LLC strongly recommends completion of post-graduate dental implant education and strict adherence to the User Instruction for the Hatch Reamer System.

This literature is a reference for the Hatch Reamer System. It is not intended to wholly describe the methods or procedures for diagnosis, treatment planning, or placement of dental implants. Nor does it replace appropriate clinical training or a clinician’s best judgment regarding the needs of individual patients as treatment planning and product usage are sole responsibility of the clinician.

Sinustech America LLC is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or liability relating to use of our products other than replacement or repair under warranties. Sinustech America LLC reserves the right to modify, change specifications or discontinue products at any time as we strive to continually improve our product line.
 
Warranties
Sinustech America LLC warranties instruments and Hatch Reamer drills for a period of 90 days from the date of initial invoice.
Sinustech America LLC recommends Hatch Reamer drills to be replaced when they are worn, dull, corroded or in any way compromised. Sinustech America LLC recommends the replacement of Hatch Reamer drills after 30-40 osteotomies.
 
Return Policy
Sinustech America LLC products are returnable for a period of 30 days from the date of initial invoice if the product has not been used. There will be a 20% restocking fee upon return.
 
Caution
Upon receipt, please open and review all components within the Hatch Reamer System Kit to report if any components are missing or damaged.
Hatch Reamer System and its components are supplied not-sterile. They must be cleaned and sterilized according to established protocols for surgical instruments prior to usage.
