Our patented Hatch Reamer MISE (Minimally Invasive Sinus Elevation) Set allows a dental implant surgeon to perform sinus elevation without the potential complications and risks of lateral window approach and/or osteotome technique.  The system is comprised of specially designed non-end cutting reamer burs that allow atraumatic bone grafting and predictable manipulation of the sinus membrane transcrestally. 
An ongoing prospective study reveals no membrane tearing when recommended protocols are observed.
